Jon Jodka

Jon served as St. Luke's Director of Development from May 2020 through June 2023. Prior to coming to St. Luke’s, Jon spent over 30 years on Wall Street and in investment management. His sell side years were at Morgan Stanley where he worked in the Institutional Equity Division. Jon was a Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales. On the buy side, Jon was a co-founder of Copper Arch Capital, a billion dollar hedge fund firm. He was the firm’s President, responsible for marketing, finance and operations. He later served as a Principal at Maverick Capital where he focused on business development and investor relations. He also co-founded Herring Creek Capital, a long-short equity fund; he was the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Jon graduated from Bowdoin College (Cum Laude) with a BA and received an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He has served on the Board of Trustees at St. Luke’s School and Lawrence Academy (Groton, MA) and on the President’s Visiting Committee at Bowdoin College. Jon and his wife, Kim, live in New Canaan and are the proud parents of three St. Luke’s graduates (Maddie ’14, Nick ’16, and Henry ’20). Jon has been part of the St. Luke's community for 17 years - 14 years as a St. Luke's parent, including 6 years as a trustee, and 3 years as an employee and member of the administrative council.
